在国际上率先开展了离子液体杂多酸固体催化剂研究,并产生广泛学术影响;提出酸水解硅源直接水热合成杂原子沸石分子筛的新路线,并系统研究其在精细化工、生物质转化、碳捕集及转化等领域中的应用;开发的封装钒团簇全硅沸石分子筛催化剂实现了苯等十余种芳烃底物直接羟基化制备酚类化合物的瞬间反应,引起了学界和企业的极大关注;获得的含铁丝光沸石自成型物理吸附剂对二氧化碳、氩气、氮气、甲烷等分子的精确筛分和抗水汽性能的成果以Research Article形式发表于Science杂志(2021, 373: 315)。主持承担7项国家自然科学基金(重点、面上、青年)及20余项部省级和特大型炼化企业的委托项目。以通讯或一作在Science、Nat. Commun.、Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.、J. Am. Chem. Soc.等期刊上发表学术论文200余篇,引用10000多次,H因子54;获授权中国发明专利12件,实施1件。培养毕业的博士生和硕士生120余名。RSC Advances副主编(2015-2017),中国化工学会离子液体专业委员会委员,江苏省催化材料与技术专业委员会副主任委员。
